Scouts raising £1,357.50 in the Big Sleep

On Friday 12th October our Scout Troop took part in the Kent Scouts Big Cardboard Sleep. They were part of 105 young people and 24 leaders from Sevenoaks Scouts who swapped their beds for cardboard boxes, sleeping out to help raise money for Porchlight, our local homelessness charity. Taking up this worthy challenge gave them an eye-opening experience of what people who live and sleep on the streets have to go through every day. They helped raise £1,357.50!!
